    I'm going to go ahead and say that Wing Express Deli hot wings are my go-to bone-in wings in town. The secret is in the sauce, it's spicy enough to get your nose going and some tears but the heat is also also matched with full and tangy flavor. My philosophy is when the heat of a food increases, the natural flavor should increase too. Wing express gets this ABSOLUTELY right.

    You can buy your wings alone or combo it with their other food items. Like most 'deli' eateries, Wing Express Deli serves a wide variety of everything: fried fish, wings, heroes, Gyro's, burgers, wings and much more. They do all those decently (pretty good but not good enough to write home about) however, I have gotten a hot hero sub, fully loaded, and THAT is worth writing home about. It has a special sauce on there that really brings things home.

    What's keeping me from giving 5 stars is the other food options don't blow me away (besides the hot bone-in wings, hero sub and idk maybe the gyro)- but they are pretty good and the atmosphere could be more inviting.

    Highly recommend trying it out!
    FYI: they have either a 5 or 8 dollar minimum on credit cards.
